This site was created by Justin Williams. He is a real estate investor who has flipped over 500 homes already. The site’s goal is to provide educational resources. His site provides a free four part video course designed to teach newbies the ins and outs of flipping houses. It also gives access to Justin’s podcast, where he interviews real estate investors and talks about industry trends.


Bigger Pockets

Bigger Pockets is a real estate investor networking website with nearly half a million members and more than a million monthly unique visitors. There are thousands of resources available on this site like podcasts and free downloads on a variety of topics. It is also a great place to get answers to any questions you have. Users are very active and they like to help each other out. You can make a free account or can upgrade to pro to take advantage of the sites more personalized and advanced features.


1-2-3 Flip

Created by real estate investor and flipper, J. Scott, this site is a free resource for anyone who wants to learn about the home flipping business. It was first built as an accountability blog for Scott and his wife. They wanted to track their progress as new real estate investors but has now grown to become a useful resource site for flippers of different levels.

This site is ran by Daniel Waife. He is a part-time flipper who mastered the art of no money down purchases. He appeared on HGTV’s Flipping the Heartland. His sit contains resources, after repair value (ARV calculator), answers to FAQs and tons of video blogs. His goal is to share what he’s learned with people who are new to the business.
